Over the past year, I've been using Claude Code in my terminal to prototype, fix bugs, and ship complete features to production.

For example, I refactored the navigation of Rehive's web app. With all our repos on my machine, I pulled in whatever context was relevant (bugs, client requests, my own direction) and wrote a product request doc for Claude to implement. From there I iterated quickly on the output, opened a PR for one of our engineers to review, and took full ownership of the merge and deployment.

I'm in the app every day, so whenever I spot something that needs polish or copy that reads wrong, I'll open a quick PR for the team to review.

On a more personal level, I built a writing skill for my work at Stilkrans. It guides my writing but has explicit instructions to never write for me. Here's a recent post I wrote with its guidance.

B2B marketing teams spend most of their budget guessing. Alongside a small team of 10, I helped build CustomerOS (cue real product shots, not vapourware), a platform that takes the guesswork out by showing exactly which leads to target, how to win them, and what actually converts into pipeline.

I headed up product and design, working with both frontend and backend engineers to scope features and ship them to clients. I also helped set the direction in building Athena, an AI agent that analyses data and helps clients get insights into their marketing and sales pipelines.

At the time, only 5% of Luno customers had two-factor authentication enabled on their accounts, making it less secure and giving bad actors a greater chance of stealing their crypto.

Instead of relying on customers to keep their accounts more secure, we reduced the complexity & cognitive overhead of account security by turning the Luno app into a 2FA app.

Here's a case study of how we did it.

Block input components seem simple on the surface, but the closer you look, the more there is to making them work well on web.

I worked with 3 engineers to craft 18 small interactions into this Angular block input component. Here's how we did it.

I took off a week from work to build a waterfall. Since then, dragonflies have started to roam around, bees collect their daily water, a choir of frogs moved in, and my sons regularly use it as a jungle gym.

It inspired activity, but it did more than that; it created a space for life that did not exist before.

When the Central Bank of Nigeria banned all financial institutions to do business with crypto companies, customers' funds got stuck with Luno. To enable Nigerians to withdraw and deposit money again, I product managed and helped design the launch of a new voucher payment method. The project was cross-fleet and allowed me to collaborate closely with various teams including Onboarding, Data, Customer Success, and Fincrime.

Dollar-cost averaging makes investing less emotional, so I created an Apple Shortcut that uses the Luno API to buy Bitcoin every morning I stop my alarm. To add a bit more soul to the DCA process, I added some logic that sends some of my BTC to my son if I snooze the alarm.

During a customer research session, a trader explained the Luno exchange as coming from the "stone age". Over a period of 1 year I worked within a cross-functional team to design and upgrade it by introducing more order types, improving the navigation & layout across all platforms and creating a new and more accessible theme.
